Rocky’s Brick Oven is owned and operated by Rocky Simoni. Rocky learned to cook by helping his Italian mother prepare meals from scratch every Sunday and has over 30 years of pizza-making expertise. Rocky’s old world style pizzas are made using the freshest ingredients available, in fact he has been known to spend hours on his motorcycle in search of the perfect pepperoni.

On-Location Catering

Personalized catering is available for events both large and small, from Christmas parties to weddings. Rocky will bring his oven to you!
